Rachael experienced 17 years of domestic violence. Through her traumas, she is loving herself all over again. Rachael is also a passionate domestic abuse advocate and a volunteer support worker for the Sorella Project, which provides support for women living with the impact of sexual violence and abuse. She founded "EmpowHER," a new monthly E-journal that provides women with a space to connect, learn, and grow together. Her mission is to create a more equitable and supportive healthcare industry by breaking the glass ceiling and empowering women in healthcare leadership worldwide.
