Season 5/Episode 23 | Survivor’s Journey to Wholeness | Holly Haag

Upcoming guest on Unfiltered Unspoken Podcast, Holly Hagg will share a deeply powerful testimony of survival, trauma, healing, and resilience.

Holly opens up about being $exua!!y abused by her biological father, with her first true memory beginning around the age of 3 after her mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. She also shares the traumatic experience of nearly losing her life after being drowned in the family pool around the age of 7 or 8. By age 12, Holly made the decision to run away and expose the secret life she had been forced to live.

Like many survivors of sexual abuse, Holly faced additional hardships into early adulthood, including multiple assaults. She also experienced challenges surrounding motherhood after giving birth to her first child who was born sick as part of a twin pregnancy. His life would impact her in ways she never imagined, both positively and negatively.

At age 38, Holly became the third generation in her family diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Instead of giving up, she chose a holistic approach to healing by addressing both physical health and unresolved trauma. Through more than 15 years of therapy, EMDR, and internal healing work, Holly transformed her life and became the healed version of herself she fought to become.

Today, Holly is a holistic health coach influencing nearly 90,000 people to reclaim their health and openly speaks about abuse, sexual assault, trauma, and how unprocessed pain can impact the body and lead to disease.

This will be a raw, honest, and inspiring conversation you do not want to miss on Unfiltered Unspoken Podcast.
